Annelise Van Der Pol

Anneliese Louise van der Pol was born in Holland. She is a famous American actor, singer as well as film director. She is well-known for her theatre work and her role as Chelsea Daniels on the Disney Channel show That's So Raven and its spin-off Raven's Home. Van der Pol landed her first TV role in 2003, playing the young Chelsea Daniels, starring with Raven-Symone Orland Brown as well as Kyle Massey. To this date Chelsea Daniels remains to be one of Van der Pol's most well-known and recognizable characters for adults and children. The year 2006 saw Van Poli recorded her own version of the Disney Song Candle on the Water by Pete's Dragon as part of Disneymania. The song A Change in Me the well-known track from Belle van der Poli's Broadway musical soundtrack, was composed by her due to the character she played in Belle van der Pol.
